To ensure continuing high quality of customer service, the ICS Group has taken the decision to relocate ICS Service Division located in Bradford to its head office at New Milton, Hampshire. ICS Services manages the customer support side of the ICS Group covering service contracts, scheduled maintenance and 24-hour emergency servicing.

The move will give ICS Group the synergies of bringing sales and services closer together, whilst providing a more centralised location for managing the services side of the business. In addition, more resource and investment will be put into place to enhance the range of services provided to its after sales customers.

The relocation from ICS Services’ current office will be completed by the end of May and service levels and management of customer accounts will continue throughout the relocation period ensuring continuity in high standards of customer care and services. Only the administration support function of ICS Services is relocating to New Milton and ICS Group will retain a presence in Bradford after the move has been completed.

There will be no disruption to the availability of engineers as they remain unaffected and will remain in the same geographical area.

The move also provides the opportunity for ICS to invest in a new state-of-the-art telephone management system for both telesales and customer service call centres to allow even higher levels of customer care and aftersales support. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to ICS Group.

An integral part of ICS Group, ICS Services can provide the following range of services to all of its customers:

• Service contracts for its range of air conditioning, industrial refrigeration and process cooling equipment. Contracts normally include: 24-hour breakdown cover, Special service rates, Two or more scheduled maintenance visits per year and guaranteed response times

• ICS Service division can also provide the following services: systems analysis, fault diagnosis, refrigeration checks, installation & safe disposal, water treatment, heat load calculations, no obligation service quotations and universal stocks of spares in service vans
