Out of the game.

Hello everyone.

Just letting the Forum users know that I am officially out of the game. For now anyway, until I decide what path to take.

I started at "****** Refrigeration" with promise of traing in a specialised industry, however they just wanted a government subsidised factory worker. I fought my way to research and development and was placed under an incompedent ****** who's service stories and knowledge were nothing but glorified bull****.
All the internal politics and backstabbing have seen one of their projects go to sht, with no help from me. Thats Karma, lol.

I left their employment to work in the AC industry as a third yr apprentice with ***********, but the promises they offered were once again....BULLSHT....
I was thrown on the install crew once a new tradesman entered the company, and thats fine, but the manager, a bitter woman, who has personal anger management issues, did not put any responsibility on me as the most qualified in that team, unless it went to ****, then I was responsible. I won't even go into the enviromental crimes which I commited under duress for this mob...sht.

DET and my Apprenticeship service are friggn useless ******s who are only involved with these organisations for the dollars.

I have cancelled my apprenticeship and am looking towards undertaking 5yrs at university to become an engineer. Unless there is an employer who has the capability to train me to be a technician. I refuse to be a medioca tradie, especially with the banks talking reseccion in Australia and a giant influx of wankr tradies who cut every corner and undercut the guys who do the job right.

Globalisation is the greatest thing that has happened to the worlds economies......right...


Anyway thats me "venting", I hope I'll get back into the trade but we shall see.

Oh this isn't a stab at the whole industry, just what I've experienced so far.
