    hello and welcome.

The pipe at the back is it a drain?
If it is the drain and is icing up then it may be blocked.
If it is the drain you ned to thaw out your fridge freezer and poke something through the hole to prove it is not blocked or to unblock it if it is blocked. Be very gentle doing this and PULL OUT THE PLUG on the mains lead first. While clearing the hole becarful not to push the pipe of the back or damage the pipe. When your happy it is clean pour half a cup of very hot water down it to flush it clean. Then every six months flush the drain with half a cup of very hot water.
    Cheers taz.
