Help with Installation Design

Customer want computer server room cooling 3x2x2 which is ok. I was going to put a small split in. He has asked about two offices being done. ( or one depending on price ) I was going to fit a ceiling unit in about 5kw, room 5x4x2.5m with 2 people, no windows. But he has asked about the other office same size, I didn't really want 3 condensers, any ideas of the best way to do it, bearing in mind the cost. He is looking at £3500 for the three rooms !
