hie all.need 2 know if there is any protection device one can use 2 protect domestic fridge comp against recurrent power cuts which sometimes come back with low/high voltage .in ma country we experiencing load shedding .

Yes, high-low voltage limiting relay are sold by Siemens, Carlo Gavazzi and few others.

Have a look at this - I supplied one to my brother who lives up in the hills in Spain. He get regular voltage drops and spikes.
