can anybody help i have a frost free fridge freezer and i keep getting ice in the bottom of the freezer and then it turns to water and runs out

The drain is blocked or the drain heater is broken.
Simple eh... that will be £45 please....LOL

Take the drawers out the freezer section and remove the back panel. The heater is that silver thing that snakes accross the fins of the evaporator and it then goes down into the drain gully.
In the middle of the gully there is a hole, thats the drain. On the other side of the hole (underneath) there might be a rubber thing poking out, check that for debris.
Thats another £45 please.lol
