New to this forum and refrigeration

THe names GOVIND, also to say from INDIA.

Have been around this site for long but got the will to communicate only now.

I have industrial experience in projects for nearly 15 years in the rubber industry for installation and comissioning.
Cme to this field 03 years ago, presently run a sale and service centre for Carrier refrigeration.
Also do service and maintain cold rooms.
But still feel there still along way to be perfect and wold like to train under some one who could teach me some good things.
Any good training imparted any where where i can work and improve further.
