    Toshiba sensor fault

Hi all it's been a while. Hope everyone is doing good. Trying to sort out a fault on a toshiba RAV-SM803AT-E remotely. The fault recorded from site is unit will not heat. They have sent me a video of the indoor LEDS flashing showing a outdoor sensor fault. What I'm not sure of is which sensor. From your experience is there any particular sensor on the Toshiba that would allow cooling but no heating. Unit faults in heat mode and auto heat mode but rest is fine TIA

Most of the split type heatpumps disable heat mode when the ambient temperature is 23C or above.
I would be looking at the ambient sensor first.
