ventilation for laundry

I need to design a ventilation system for a laundry of 350 sq.m in floor area, and 3.8m height, how to calculate the air change flow rate to increase air movement to have a suitable working environment, is energy recovery wheel work.

or if i install a fresh air precooled VRV a/c system and incorporated with exhaust air fan system, how to evaluate the air flow rate.

I used to manage a laundrymat almost 10 years ago. The only question that comes to mind is this:

Are you going to take into account the reduced air flow rate caused by lint accumulation?
