Samsung Outdoor Unit Noise
Can anyone tell me what this could be? It seems like the fan, has done it from new, just want to make sure this is normal.
It does it on heat or cool. In the video, it is heating. It was installed towards end of 2022.
The outdoor unit is a Samsung SRC35ZSP-W.

Thank you. It is still under warranty so maybe I should get it looked at.

How best would I deal with getting it looked at? Should I go back to the company who put it in or Mitsubishi direct? I am in the UK.

Go back to the installer under warranty
