Daikin UATYQ 350 MCY1 with OM5TBR-0709 controller

Hi all does anyone have information on the above Heat Pump Fan combination, I have been awaiting 3 days for Daikin to come back to me, escalated each time but no replies yet I guess they may not know !
The controller OM-5RTBR does not switch the outdoor unit on and does not show the set point temperature
The interconnecting cable between indoor to outdoor appears ok has you can read the ambient and return air temperature on the controller.
Controller battery seems ok, the screen is good with the date time being held ok, however the controller does not see that the unit is a heat pump with 2 compressors . So it may be a eprom fault
Also the old password fails to register
Any help will be appreciated

Thank you Frank, I have all that information , but I could do with a service manual if there is one !
