    water chiller

We have water chiller; it reduces water mix glycol temperature to 2-degree centigrade. But when it run all evaporators found ice in the refrigeration side (From expansion valve to suction of compressor line. *****, we use 404A. We use Copland compressor (scroll type). So, I want to know how can i remove ice formation in the evaporator.

If the ice is on the outside of the refrigerant pipework, maybe the insulation needs replacing.

If the ice is inside the refrigerant pipes, you would need find out how the water got into the system.

If the glycol inside the evaporator is freezing, the water/glycol mix concentration would be one of the things to check.
