    Daikin Madoka

    Hi everybody,

I’ve fitted a KRP2A adapter card to 2 systems each with an individual Madoka controller,
However I can no longer set schedules on the Madoka app. I’m assuming the 2A is the causing the issue as I know it acts like a central controller on the D3 network . Any ideas? I’m using the 2A for fire shut down .

    Cheers

    Yes, quite aware of that.
Have you tried disconnecting the krp and then setting schedules to isolate the problem?

    Hi Frank,

The Daikin tech suggested that but the store was opening up yesterday so I couldn’t try it . I’ll let you know .

What do you think of this Frank ?

    Field setting 1e - 4
Schedule and Auto-changeover enabled when multizone controller is detected
    (Note 1)
Native remote controller Schedule and Auto-changeover functions are disabled when a multizone controller is detected and a group address is assigned

I thought i had gone through all the field settings but obviously didn’t read this correctly.

    Re: Daikin Madoka

I'm thinking that it is the settings on the krp2a that is the issue. As you have now said that the krp is fitted to enable fire shut down (assuming B1 BC wiring to fire system), the blue dial setting needs to be set to allow input from the madoka.
