Trane Techview Database error
Hi Guys (Yeah. Like how Magnum p.i. says it...),
I've installed what appears to be the latest and greatest version of Techview (ver 14) on my Windows 10 computer, but when I run it and try to discover the controller on the Trane CH530 chiller that I am working with, I get the following error message, "Database is too old. Get latest DB."
The chiller in question was started in 2010.
What should I do?

Well...
I found out what was the matter.
It turns out that I really didn't have the latest version after all. Someone gave me the version that i was using on a flash drive, rather than to have me download the latest one from Trane's website.
It is curious to wonder if the installer on Trane's website is also the latest version, or if a person needs to be installing the Service Pack 16 is required regardless, which is what I wound up doing.
