    Some service calls this week



    Nothing to do with the warm weather
    First call for a freezer wit some frost on it.
    Second, counter not coolin well, reason not known.

    Your first picture Peter reminded me of a display counter that a customer moved in a sandwich shop one day. They picked it up and wondered what the clonk was.

    Having found that the small condensing unit inside had fallen out they just pushed it back as best they could. Unfortunately it was upside down and hissing quietly !!

    But still, I suppose it demonstrates the strength of copper tube.

    And also work on a Nock Ice machine, the first time I saw this principle for making flake ice, very, very basic but working very well.

    Is the cascade system being used for freeze drying? It looks like you have a lot of vacuum pumps???
