Why are Dual Hose Airco's so difficult to find in Europe ?

Dual hose mobile Airco's are more energy efficiënt compared to Single Hose Airco's. Why are they so difficult to find in Europe; In USA this is much more common. EU is always pushing for energy efficiency. Whuy they don't promote to buy Dual hose Airco's ? And why fabricants don't make more such a models ??

I think, dual hose portable air conditioners are rare in the UK because they are more expensive, heavier, louder, and harder to install than single hose ones. They also require larger window openings to fit both hoses, which might not be available in some buildings. Besides, portable air conditioners are not very popular in general in the UK, as most people prefer fans or fixed units. I think they are reason.
