Mitsubishi VRV: 1 bypass compressor, 3 compressor work and stop at the same times

Hello,

Refering to Model FDC475KXZE1. Two modules similar.

Would like to know what to check and what to look when all three compressor work and stop at the same time. Roughly working 5-10 minutes and stop times is 2-5 minutes.

Only able to operate up to 7 indoor units. Room temperature is between 24 to 25 although setting is 19 celsious. External temperature is 36.

At the same times, we keep running into error E32. Voltage checked, 3 phase and single phase is normal.

Update:

Client just came with feedback if just on 3 unit then the room temperature is good.
