Make Daikin FDY140FV1 sense Temp from Wall Control

Our Client in Australia has 3 x old Fan Coils installed
FDY140FV1
FDY125FV1B
FDY71PV1A
We confirm these units have P1 & P2 which Daikin Tech Help said means the coils are compatible with new/current controls.

We need to be able to make these air conditioners sense directly from
their current 3 x BRC1B52/62 wall controls,
or
an Upgraded wall control (eg. a Modern BRC1E63)
Confirming
• A (3x) new wall control for each will be acceptable
(required as the current controllers turn out not to have sensors)
• A remote stand-alone temp sensor will not satisfy the requirement.

Using the original BRC1B52/62 Wall control We tried the below field codes to no avail.
o 50-40.1 as instructed by Tech Help.
o 10.2.01 as per the attached which is for BRC1C62 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MxSSuZVz90

Daikin Tech said
• current control has no sensor behind the on the Air slots wall control
o (Customer has confirmed this, photo attached …)
So it makes sense why above would not work...

Subsequently we connected a BRC1E63 to P1 & P2 on one of the units (each indoor has P1 & P2)

We tried the below field codes to no avail:
o 20-2-03 usual “Modern” code for Sensor @ Control
o 50-40.1 as instructed by Tech Help.
o 10-2.01 as per the attached which is for BRC1C62 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MxSSuZVz90
Those didn’t work either.

If you made it this far let's talk about time management skills later :-)

TLDR
either we need a working field code for the old coil and the modern control or some kind of work around.

I’ve tried googling only can’t find anything helpful; where to from here please?

It should be 10:2:03 for remote controller thermistor. Watch the Youtube video that you linked again.
