Electrolux EPN09V78HWO
Anyone with experience with heatpumps from Electrolux that can help me out some ?
Seems very hard to get any information about theese units.
Have one unit that after a defrost get an error in the app, but not on the unit display it results that the unit turns it self off it seems and have to restart manuall.
I am thinking maybe it has something to do with the wifi and app conected.....
But wish I had some documentation for the unit. the documentation online is at best mediocer.
Error in the app says unit is not working properly please resett (0) and it happends 5 times a day.
I have asked customer to remove that app function to see if that helps
Only happends after defrost
- I have checked for leeks and the wiring just to be sure

As you say there is not much available from Electrolux is there ?
I could only find the user guide, installation guide and the wifi guide (link below).
