What is a DXS compressor?

It is screw semi hermetic compressor used on York YCIV,YVAA and YVWA chillers.

It's then a CTS/WTS compressor. Cousin of RXF in a semi-hermetic design.

Cricri you are absolutely right, York use some of construction from Frick RXF comp. and used in this comp.
Funny thing is that you cant by spare parts for overhaul lets say 10 years ago because JCI sad , I have an email (WE DONT KNOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO OVERHAUL THIS COMP.)And now thay have spare parts for this.
And you can by that and made overhaul if it possible concerning cost of new comp.
In my country I can made some profit of this because spare parts cost around 7000 E and new comp. is 25000 E.
