Noise issue with O'General window

Hello all.

I bought new AC from O'General model number: AXGS24ABTH-Q capacity class 24000PU.

The fan sound it very annoying I called the maintenance and they told me it is normal sound. Every day I get headache from the fan sound.

I recorded the sound of the fan so you can help if possible. Is this fan sound normal or does it have issue ?

Maybe a little loud but that is why they call them window rattlers.

Check with sound level meter and compare with specification.
