Best way to charge POE oil

Ok so I flushed a compressor out with IsoPropyle alcohol to clean it up, vacuumed it to ensure it was dead dry and now it comes to putting in the new oil. So what is the best way?

Should I just measure it in a measuring cup and funner it in quickly then Immediately vac the system down, or should I use a dip tube and vacuum pump to suck the ol in.

I was thinking of removing the rotolock valve and just pouring it in then reconnect it, vac and then circulate it for a while under vacuum. Please keep in mind as of yet I still have little equipment for the oil handling stuff.

FYI I think this forum needs a dedicated section all about oils and stuff to do with it
