Dura tech 10 temperature fault

Hi

My Dura tech 10 pool heater has stopped working. when i look at the set temp it is set to 6dg
when i reset the temp to 25 dg after a few seconds it resets it self to 6dg any ideas please

This sounds as if the control has either defaulted to some sort of minimum setting or has been swithced off. Possibly you have to press a button to 'Accept' the change in temperature setting.

Is this a new problem?

Are you setting the parameters when in standby mode?

Have you checked the parameters to ensure that it is in heating mode and both the cooling and heating temperatures are set to the same temperature?

thanks for your reply, never had to press any accept buttons before just use up and down arrows to change temp setting

yes this is a new fault

I have checked parameters they are the same as have always been, except for heating temp is 6dg and as i say when i change it to say 25dg it resets it self back to 6dg after a few seconds
