Might be a problem on the condenser fan regulation. This happens on cold ambient? system runs with air cooled condenser?

Do you have a leak? What is the subcooling and superheat?

Check the EXV % opening state. If the expansion valve goes around %10-20 while you have these trips, you have a low water flow rate. you might need to check if the pumps are running good, or strainers are clean.

if this only happens on very cold ambient, than you should change the condenser fan kick in-out setpoints. (if you do not have the opportunity to do so, than try to close 1 stage of fan and see what happens. )
