cooling but not cold??

i bought a used fridge a couple days ago because the compressor on my kegerator went out the thing is the GE one i just bought will only get down to about 50 degrees i need 38 any ideas??

Low charge in the unit I would suspect or perhaps dirty coiles, I just worked on a system a week ago and that was it, a quick top up on the charge and some cleaning and now she's a cool cat n happy
