    Dixell Hot Key ?

    Hi,
I just wondered if anyone has had any experience of using the Dixell Hot Key at all, I have just purchased an XW60K pcb only version controller with a T620 head unit and a Hot Key 64 to setup in the workshop, now the manuals say that I can upload and download settings from the key, however when I insert the key and press the up button as I am supposed to do I get an "err" on the display which I presume is an error, if anyone can help I would very grateful.

    thanks In Advance
    Stuart

you use the key to download from a controller and then upload onto a new controller

Is there a supervisor password or similar to be set first?

    Re: Dixell Hot Key ?

Ok I have it sorted now thanks, the controller that I have does not use the type of Hot key that it is supposed to, ie Dixell say that the Hot key 64 should be used but in fact it is a Hot key 4k that works if anyone is interested

    thanks
    Stuart

    Thanks for your input guys
