How did you checked gas charge?
Do you hear clicking noise when energizing indoor units that are not opening valves?

The air filter might be clogged. because clogging air cannot flow through properly which greatly reduces the cooling capacity of the air conditioning.

Sound like a wiring problem to me.
Check the wires again to make sure it is correct.
3 units not working is not likely to a manufacture problem.
