    Thermostatic Expansion Valves for CO2

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a thermostatic expansion valve for use with transcritical Co2 system - Danfoss don't appear to offer one.
I'm looking to use CO2 condensing units for coldroom evaporators.

Are the the same pulsing issues where a CO2 condensing unit is connected to a single evaporator and using the Danfoss AKVH valves?

Re: Thermostatic Expansion Valves for CO2

A thermostatic expansion valve is not strong enough for use on co2. The power assy would rupture due to the pressures. The Akv had to be redesigned to make safe for use with co2 is the “H” version ie heavier guage connections and thicker body .
Some of the electronic expansion valves (stepper motor type ) can be used with co2 , which don’t have the pulsation issues that the AkVH has .
