    Back-up / over-ride settings

I have a CO2 rack with a primary and back up control system. The back up contoller acts as a watchdog and takes over from the primary controller if the rack suction pressures increase above set-point for a time period.
As a rule of thumb at what pressure would you expect to see a pack (HT or LT) go into back-up and how long would you expect the time delay to be?
