    samsung aqvfan12 problems

    hi all,
    6 months ago I did a pump down and uninstalled the above inverter unit aqv12fan with no problems. Last week the unit was reinstalled by another person, but it locks out after a few minutes with the timer and turbo lights flashing. i had a quick look at it (checked indoor and outdoor fuses) but it not really sure what im looking for as far as fault finding goes.
