    Liebert HPM Warning Alarm

    Hi

has anyone encountered the Comp Power Reduction alarm on a liebert HPM unit

this alarm is only a warning that the compressor power has been reduced due to high head pressure. The condenser has been thoroughly washed through and both fans are operating. FSC has also been adjusted to control pressures better

Has anyone came across this and found a solution. Alarms occur at random times with no recognised pattern

Welcome the the forum Tom, from your user name i take it you're a fridgie? That is a very general question, bit like why my car makes a funny noise at times, usually coincides with the wife being in it....

Fault is indicating high head, assuming transducers and CT are reading properly, condenser is clean, are pressures what you expect them to be, super heat and sub cool spot on? Liquid line drier not blocked? moisture in system causing unit to pump down intermittently?
Condenser subject to high winds causing fans to stall?

    What else have you eliminated?
Mostly found in the southern part of this green and pleasant land.

What is a "A713 Low Comp Capacity At" parameter value?
Also when _A141 “Comp + FC Simultaneously” is set to “YES”, an additional LP input activates the compressor capacity reduction.
