F Gas certificate for water chiller

    Hi All
Can someone advise me regarding the paperwork for the chiller below:

I have a water chiller with 2 refrigerant circuits - each circuit contains 16kg of refrigerant running on R 407c .
After leak checking the equipment I provide the client with a separate certificate for each circuit, therefore 2 log sheets,- this is done every 12months

The client has informed me that I should be doing a single log sheet every 6 months because the charge is 32kg which would be 56.77 tonne EQ CO2.

Have I been doing the log sheets incorrectly?

    Thanks Bob

    .

    Hi Bob

You are correct, it is per circuit as long as they are completely separate,
they can share the same chassis but the circuits must be separated.

When it was the older 3 Kg weight limit, multi deck manufacturers got
under the weight limit by putting two smaller systems in, both under
    the 3 Kg.

Each circuit as you say is 16 Kg so the individual C02 equivalent is
28 and a bit tonnes so you are correct in your two systems once a year.

    Regards
    Rob
