    Makita cordless vac pump.

Whilst looking for a makita pump for my airtent I spotted that they've just brought out an 18v vac pump.... sounds like a godsend if it works, has anyone used one?

Looks useful for small jobs, 50 minute run time as long as you keep it charged.

According to Murphy, when you put it to work, your battery will be empty or half charged....

On the other hand, where there's ac unit, there's electricity.

Swap battery's for longer run time ? What if it's a new install and the sparks haven't turned up yet?
