19XR Frame 4 High Speed Assembly

The Carrier compressor model 02XR4U5DHS52 on 19XR72724U5DHS52 sn 0404Q68xxx was opened.

All existing clearance is in acceptable range. The measurement is shown in the picture.
The Thrust shoe surface is DARK as shown in the picture.

According to Bulletin C1002A 19XR Frame 4 High Speed Shaft Assembly, this high speed shaft assembly is redesigned to replace the existing one.
The same Axial clearance range is only given in this bulletin.

The new high speed shaft assembly per bulletin C1002A was bought and received.
All clearance of new high speed shaft assembly is measured and shown in the picture.
There is 0.006" RADIAL clearance which EXCEEDS max 0.004" of the prior design.

There are 3 choices (see pictures) to choose and proceed.
    1. Use all existing high speed shaft assembly (including DARK thrust shoe surface)
    2. Replace only Thrust Shoe (we have a new set on hand) of the existing high speed shaft assembly
    3. Use new redesigned high speed shaft assembly (which has 0.006" RADIAL clearance and LARGER Thrust Shoe surface and radial)

What choice will you take? Please also give me your explaination if possible.

    Thank you
