Optimum temp in 5 door freezer
Howdy,
I am a butcher in a small market. We have a new Tyler 5 door freezer and I need to know what the temp should be in there. I think it may be a tad warm at 20 F.
Any advice?

Hi,
A Holding freezer should be at least 0 degrees F or
-18c.

I work at a cold storage warehouse we are instructed to keep the meats in freezer between 0 and -5 degrees F.
