Optimum temp in 5 door freezer

    Howdy,
I am a butcher in a small market. We have a new Tyler 5 door freezer and I need to know what the temp should be in there. I think it may be a tad warm at 20 F.
    Any advice?
    Thank you.
    Joe

    Hi,

A Holding freezer should be at least 0 degrees F or
    -18c.

I work at a cold storage warehouse we are instructed to keep the meats in freezer between 0 and -5 degrees F.

They are chilled meat temperatures and cold enough to make the meat start to freeze making it more difficult to cut the meat.
