    Hi arulsr47.
Are you an engineer, a Manager or what?
What is your role in relation to the errant chiller.
Please tell us something about your involvement with this chiller and then we can advise accordingly.

I am a site engineer in a government organisation in dubai. Our team replaced the discharge pressure switch but no use. We cannot able to come to a conclusion like how to rectify the problem. Please advise how to come out from this problem.

Has anybody in your team monitored the pressure during operation?

When you need some advice have to tell the details, No one has such powers that they know the culprit from miles away.
What is chillers full model number, 30XA is a series?
What is chillers condenser pressures and temp at that time and which Ref is in the chiller?
Is chiller works up and then trips or it trips out as start up?
    What is the Alarm code?
Any machine trips out from H.P there are two reasons, either a real high condenser pressure or a trip out due to controls problem. You have to identify the tripping cause due to what. Check actual condenser pressure and temps at full load by external manifold and thermometer, compare it with the chiller controller and other chillers in the area. Check condenser condition XA chillers comes with special type of condensers, and is not easy to clean as older fins type condensers, Clean it if it is dirty.

    Hi Fella
the carrier 30xa has a actuator fitted on the discharge pipework ive had the same issue and found that the actuator was not opening causing the chiller to trip on high pressure

Is the high pressure switch manual reset?
What kind of controller do you have?

ive had some issues with 30HXC pro dialog plus. It trips on high pressure switch alarm, but the manual high pressure switch didnt trip. It turned out to be a weak link with the compressor board, so it had to be changed or repaired.
