    Engie Industrial.

    Hi Guys!
Not sure whether I should be posting this?
But I have heard some disturbing rumours about the above.
If anyone wishes to Pm me, Feel Free!
    Thanks Grizzly

    Hmmm..

Here in Aussie, company with a similar name is doing fire services. A site where I was working engaged this company to upgrade their smoke detection network - said company lacked competence in certain aspects of the changeover & had to bring in a man..

So the big multinational corporation with the thousands of employees, the sign written cars, the workplace procedures, the billions of dollars in assets, needed the bearded bloke with the beer gut and the rusty ute to get them out of sh1t.

Talking of Smart Meter changeovers....mate had theirs done a few months back. Got home and the wife said...no hot water and the cooker don't work so no tea on the table.

Turns out that the chap who changed the meter got the live and neutral mixed up!!!!

The Guys that I know who work for them, are not laughing as they are all under threat of redundancy.
A lot of good people poached with the promises made by those!
Who cannot meet the minimum requirement number of staff to fulfil the contracts.
That have been won by undercutting everyone else.
    Sound familiar!

    Re: Engie Industrial.

Basically the Guys I know of in the South East.
Have all been served their redundancy notices (Industrial Fridge Guys.) and some admin staff!
Due to finish at the end of Sept.
I believe the 3 fridgies have already been snapped up! (To an Industrial fridge company I believe)
I don't know whether the money's any good mind.
Historically Engie weren't offering the best!
It's what the Modern facilities companies think they can do!
Stick with it guys, trades like ours still have options if you wait.

Good luck to all those caught up in this mess.
It's based I believe on the loss of a large specific contract.
Which has been split up country wide and now is to be handled by 3 companies.
    Good Luck to all!
