Is it SMM controller?
If yes than go to parameter level "F" ( you will need password)and set F404, F405 and F406 to zero.

I even got Trane to send me duplicates of the user manuals and password free of charge.
Only problem now is 1 cct of the plate heat exchanger was burst,been like that for sometime too.
