Freezeking Compressor FK450 High Speed Seal Leakage

Hello Sir & Freinds,
Here I am facing a typical problem on Site i.e Compressor Seal Leakage.
Its a brand new compressor from Freezeking i.e FK-450 on which I have installed Ice Candy Plant with Single Brine with 6 Store's.

Brine Tank maintain temp. @ -25C
Basic Problem is that its spring get lose and rubber got shrink over the shaft and start leavening oil & gas. In period of 3 month more then 4 time it has happen please suggest to tackle this problem.

Rahul,
Sounds like annoying problem you have!
What refrigerant & type of oil are you using on this job?
Also what pressures suction & discharge, suction superheat.
Is oil level in compressor always at correct level?
Have you asked Freezeking for any advice?

Refrigerant -R22
Oil - Mineral Oil 68 No.Frezol
Suction Pressure :28 Approx (wary with Temp.) when Brine Temp. at -15C
Discharge Pressure : 230 Approx. (Wary with Temp.)
Suction Super Heat: 0C (Approx)
Oil Level : Up to Mark even Oil Separator too.
