    Toshiba RAV SM564MUT-E

    Hi all,

After some help regarding a new install with Toshiba units. As the units have been switched on we have found that the iinternal lift pump isn' running whilst the units are off. As soon as the units are switched on, the lift pumps start working. I've checked through the controller configuration and found the drain pump control setting was defaulted too OFF. I have changed this to ON, yet the smae thing is happening. Does anyone kn ow if this is a common thing with new Toshiba units or is there another setting that has to be altered?

    Thanks in advance

    Steve

Is there any water to be pumped out?

    Hi Brian,

Yes the drip pan is full. I've sprayed loads in there in order to get it pump but still nothing.

Just read the service manual ( http://bit.ly/2uigP0U ) and nothing obvious stands out,

Is there anything with the self clean function that might be affecting it?
