    Shock freezer drawings

I was asked to quote a shock freezer for a catering company.
it needs to be big enough to hold 2 trolleys.
I will cost much less if I build it myself than buying a finished [there are only one trolley units on the market]

If there is anyone who was involved in such a project, please come forward.

any help will be much appreciated.

We have done Blast Freezers (Tunnel type). Chicken/Fish from +20 C to -20 C in 6 to 8 hours. Its done with a false cieling/tunnel for proper recirculation for a floor mounted evaporator. Are you looking for something like this?

Thanks, Found a manufacturer in Italy with good price and quality.
I prefer to buy off the shelf if possible.
