Hi
Im new to the forum but already read and found some interesting stuff.
Im currently doing a full overhaul of the above compressor, simple enough until its gets to replacing the seals in the unloader assembly
its a nightmare trying to get them together without damaging the new seals. As any member come across this problem and found a solution. Sabroe will build them up for a price

Hi Gengus and welcome
The unloaders I am used to are in their big brother the SMC and are just a metal piston ring.
If I catch you right the seal in the unloader in a rubber type seal much like a hydralic cylinder.
In the past with these seals I have used a pipe reducer, and pushed the seal up this and unto the piston, cutting down the reducer to suit the OD that the seal has to go over.
