Thumbs up Condenser Battery of Rooftops (Rotten)

    Hi Everybody,

I´m from Portugal and i´m new here.
Recently i had a big problem in the condenser batteries of some rooftops.
The environment is very agressive (wet and a high humidity) and the fins of the batteries are completely rotten (i broke the fins with my finger and without pressure).

I hear there are a kind of protection we can put in the fins and they give guarantee during some years. I think is a RC Group product.
If some of you know this material or have some solution for my problem, please help me.

    Thanks in advance,
    HP

Also, check for earth continuity of the coils. Sometimes the corrosion starts as electronic galvanisation between the coils and the frames.

Thanks for your help. At the moment we will test condenser battery with superficial treatment supplied by Lennox. They tell me if we wash the battery only with water each month, i will not have problems... If something happens, i will inform. Thanks.
