Control of Refrigerants

Hi: Are any of you recording the usage of refrigerants.
i.e. Supplier, type used, amount, and where.
If so what type of spreed sheet are you using.

Also are any of you aware that if you go to a call and you believe the system has a leak but you are unable to find or repair, you must recover the refrigerant there and then, to stop any further escape, and return and pressure test.
