Hi all,
New to the forum here. I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. I am a Facilities Maintenance manager at a seafood processing company. We have a tunnel type blast freezer where racks go into one end at -20F and come out the other end at -40F. Currently we are using a non latching door and strip curtains on both ends. We are looking to upgrade to a flexible bi-swinging traffic door on both ends on the inner part of the entrance and exit, and then adding an insulated bi-swinging impact traffic door on the outer part, essentially creating an airlock of sorts. My problem is I haven't been able to find a company that is willing to sell me an insulated high impact traffic bi-swinging traffic door that will operate in these temperatures. Does anyone have a setup like this that could point me in the right direction?
I have tried Kolpak, Frank doors, Thermostop, waiting on a quote from Chase/Eliason (for a couple days now...)
Any help is much appreciated!!
