    OK,
I assume that its the main 3phase breaker feeding your AC system that tripped and also that you haven't got any black burn marks anywhere (cables/terminals/PCBs).

It is only one thing that is capable of taking that breaker out without leaving any marks and that is the compressor.
Easy to check if you got a insulation tester or a megger but if you haven't got one of those it is a bit more difficult. The first thing you can do is to start the AC system, preferable in test mode otherwise with the thermostat asking for either heat or cool, and then listen if the compressor start and sound normal.
If the breaker trip when you run the system as above then disconnect the compressor leads from the contractor and try again to see what is happening then.

    Happy Hunting.

First check the capacitors on the outdoor fans, then you need to check winding resistance, start and run. Then if you have a megger, check all windings to earth on 500v setting. If everything checks out try changing the circuit breaker for a new one.
