Have a container unit,no specks at this time but just a question ,have noticed that whenever the unit comes "in-range" or close to the set point the suction solenoid closes and the % on the modulating valve will drop from say 100% to say 68% that i understand ,but i thought that with the trottle back of the comp. the amps would drop but on the digital board that gives amps readings for each leg it would read say 20.2 amps on leg A same on leg C but leg B would read say 3-4 amps shouldn't all legs give low readings,my knowledge on containers are a bit limited so any help would be good.The unit is working fine set point is 14 F or about -10 C had some time to kill and was going through the digital display

Sounds like a faulty current device to me but have you any more info like model /make etc?
