mitsubishi heavy new fascia louver

Alright guys just installing some new units and come to fitting the facias and came to plug in the louver motor and found it to be too short ! Look at like a new way but though I must Ben missing somthing ? Has anyone come across this

Without trying to sound too dopey, sure the fascia is on the right way? Think it's marked where pipes are and the drip tray bung has a cap/cover whatsit on the facia which should line up.
Cable tucks under the clips and in the PCB box the opposite end to the interconnect.

If fascia on correct way around we have had some mhi units that need plug adaptors to lengthen loom
