    Error code E14 means you have two master indoor units on one local wired controller. You need to set one indoor unit to master and the other to slave. Here's how;
    With power on :
    At the local controller RCS-TM80BG press and hold the spanner and set and cancel buttons all at same time, hold down for 5 secs. This is to access the service mode.
    Your display will change. Wait until you see '10' on left of LCD, this is a menu number.
    Now if you press the unit button a few times you should see the two indoor addresses eg 1-1 and 1-2. When each address is shown the indoor unit fan runs at high speed - so you can identify which one is which.
    In the service mode press the up\down temperature button to change the menu number to '14' this is the master \ slave menu settings.
    So the set up is as follows
    In menu 14 for 1st address eg 1-1 set 4-digit to 0001 (master) by using the up\down tier buttons - then press set button to save change.
    Now press the unit button, to go to the next address (eg 1-2)
    Still in menu 14 for 2nd address eg 1-s set 4-digit to 0002 (slave) by using the up\down tier buttons - then press set button to save change.
    Press spanner button to exit service mode.

    Hope this helps
